The project locates in the northern part of Jeddah downtown area in Alrawdah district, neighboring four main streets in an area of 9,842 sq.m with a building area of 11,754 sq.m.
Alrawdah is a modern and luxurious residential district in Jeddah with a limited density of population and many health, social and commercial services to its value.
The project aims at building 30 villas with 3 different design models. The two first models (13 villas) are separate and located directly by the side of one or two main streets, the third model consists of (16) connected villas located in a central area within one compound.
The Villas:
A model: 4 separate villas with two facades (corner) by the side of two streets. Each villa is consisted of two floors and an annex. The land's approximate area is 508.25 sq.m with a building area of 701 sq.m.
B model : 10 separate villas with one façade opening to a northern or southern street consisting of 2 floors and upper annex. The average area is 380.90 sq.m with a building area of 542 sq.m.
C model : 16 connected villas of 2 floors, and upper annex. The group of villas which locate within a surrounding residential compound overlooking with an internal façade a middle street for the compound residents. All of the villas are surrounded by a fence with two gates for entry and exit as well as a group of rooms for drivers.
The average area of the land is 250 sq.m with a building area of 385 sq.m.
